Squid game series products are new products in the market and need time to produce. We Cannot Guarantee Shipping, but buyers that purchase by October 18th, should receive orders on or before Oct 31st via USPS, if there is no delay from manufacturers. Our priority is to have them in your hands before Halloween!
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We use USPS a mail carrier that provides tracking information.

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be refunded. You may purchase a new shipping label to have your package re sent at an additional price.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
